How to Use the Golf Simulator

  1. The projector should be off when you arrive unless someone is playing just before you.
  2. When you depart, turn the projector off but leave the computer and all computer monitors on.

CRITICAL:

Turn projector on
BEFORE
launching GSPro

1. Find Projector Remote

This is the remote for the projector.

2. Aim Remote at Projector

Press the green button firmly. The projector will turn on…this may take 30 seconds or so.

The projector MUST BE TURNED ON PRIOR to launching GSPro.

3. Launch Uneekor

Assuming everything was off and no one was playing ahead of you, you should see a yellow Uneekor Launcher icon in the center of the computer desktop. Double click it.

4. Find GSPro "Third-Party"

  1. In the Uneekor Launcher, look for the section titled “GSPRO Third-party.”
  2. Click START NOW.

5. Start GSPro

In the GSPro window…

  1. Click “Play”
  2. Do not change any settings
  3. Never check the “Windowed” box

6. Uneekor Connect

After clicking “Play” to start GSPro, a Uneekor Connect box will emerge and be in the foreground. You may MINIMIZE the window or place other windows in front of it, but DO NOT close the Uneekor Connect box. Otherwise the launch monitor will not work and detect any of your shots.

7. Turn off the projector

After you finish your time…

  1. Find the projector remote
  2. Aim it at the projector and press the red button once, then press it again (it will tell you to do that on the impact screen)
  3. Make sure the projector is off
  4. Close all the Uneekor software but leave the computer and monitors on

The TV Monitor Above the Computer

The flatscreen TV monitor above the computer is normally turned on. But if it’s off for some reason, here’s what to do.

1. Locate the flatscreen monitor

It’s the large one on the wall above the computer.

2. Find the TV remote

It looks like this and has a label on the back that says Computer TV. Press the blue button to turn the TV on.

3. Open Settings

Once it’s turned on, open the settings. You can do this by using the thumb control on the remote to navigate to settings on the screen, or you can click the settings icon on the remote.

4. Find "Inputs"

Find the “Inputs” option and click it with the remote.

5. Select HDMI 3

Select HDMI 3 and you’re all set.

Using GSPro

GSPro is a very robust application that includes over 1,800 golf courses, sophisticated simulated practice ranges, challenges, and much more. Rather than overload this page with graphics, I’ve included an excellent video here.

Also, there is a complete printed GSPro User Guide at Links365.
