Links365 Membership Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Links365! By becoming a member, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These are here to ensure the best experience for all members and protect our facility’s quality.

1. Membership & Payments

Membership at Links365 is subscription-based, with fees automatically charged to the original payment method provided at signup.
All memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle using the original payment method unless canceled via email in accordance with these Terms.
It is the member’s responsibility to ensure their payment method remains valid and up to date.
Memberships at Links365 require a 12-month financial commitment. By enrolling, you agree to pay all dues for the full 12-month term, regardless of usage. Memberships cannot be canceled or refunded during the initial 12-month commitment period. After the first 12 months, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled with 30 days’ written notice via email.
Cancellations are only effective once confirmed by Links365.
No refunds will be issued for failure to properly cancel in accordance with these Terms.

2. Facility Use

Access: Memberships are non-transferable and the registered member (identified by the member’s mobile phone number) must be present anytime he or she makes a reservation. Registered members may not share access credentials or grant unaccompanied access to others without. Violations may result in membership termination without refund.
Guests: Guests are welcome based on your membership level but must always be accompanied by the member. Members are responsible for their guests’ behavior and any damages they cause.
Hours: Simulator use is subject to the monthly limits outlined in your membership plan. Additional hours can be purchased at the posted rate.

3. Kids/Junior Use

Supervision: Children under the age of 16 must always be supervised by an adult member while at the facility.
Behavior: Members are responsible for ensuring children follow all facility rules and use the equipment safely.
Damage: Parents/guardians are financially responsible for any damages caused by children while using the facility.
Inherent Risks: Golf involves swinging metal clubs and flying balls, which carry inherent risks of injury. Members accept full responsibility for the safety and behavior of themselves, their children, and their guests while using the facility.

4. Safety & Liability

Assumption of Risk: Golf is an inherently dangerous sport. By using the facility, members and their guests acknowledge the risks associated with swinging clubs, flying balls, and other golf-related activities.
Liability Waiver: Links365, its owners, and staff are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses incurred while using the facility. Members accept full responsibility for their actions and those of their guests.
Damage: Members may be financially responsible for any damage caused to the simulator, equipment, amenities, art, or the facility by themselves or their guests.
Health & Safety: Ensure safe use of all equipment. Be mindful of surroundings to avoid injury or damage.

5. Code of Conduct

Respect the Space: Treat the facility as if it were your own. Clean up after yourself, respect booking times, and leave the space in good condition.
Rules Compliance: Members and guests must adhere to all posted facility rules. Repeated violations may result in membership suspension or termination.
Behavior: Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior by members or guests will not be tolerated.

6. Privacy & Communication

Data Use: Links365 will only use your information to enhance your membership experience and will never share it without consent.
Policy Updates: Links365 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Members will be notified of significant changes.

7. Membership Suspension or Termination

Links365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms, disruptive behavior, non-payment of fees, or any other conduct deemed detrimental to the club or its members. In the event of termination or suspension, the affected individual is permanently prohibited from entering Links365 in any capacity, including as a future member or as a guest of another member. Any prepaid membership dues or fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Termination or suspension of a membership for any reason does not relieve the member of their financial obligation to pay all remaining dues owed for the original 12-month term.

8. General Liability Disclaimer

Links365 is not responsible for injuries resulting from the use of its facilities, including but not limited to injuries caused by swinging clubs, flying balls, or misuse of equipment.
Members and their guests assume all risks associated with the use of the facility and agree to hold Links365 harmless for any injury or damage.

9. Use of Personal Information

When you signup for our membership you agree to allow us to save and use your personal info like name, email, and phone no for communication purposes like: sending booking confirmations to your phone number & email, sending booking reminders and door unlock PIN messages to your phone number, sending membership signup confirmation emails to your email id, password reset email, etc.
From time to time, we may take photos or short videos within the club to highlight the Links365 experience. These images may include members and their guests and could be used in our marketing or promotional materials. We’re mindful of the private nature of our space and always aim to represent our members respectfully.
